When patients are facing multiple missing teeth, sometimes several in a row, and in these cases we would usually suggest a dental bridge, or maybe simply a partial denture. Bridges are also recommended when teeth next to each other need significant restoration and multiple crowns would not be effective.

A popular option is to have a bridge fixed to the jaw with dental implants. Whatever option you choose, it is very important to maintain a thorough and consistent oral hygiene daily routine to help keep you teeth and bridge in tip-top condition.

Dentures (partial or full) are a very popular option if patients have several, or all, of their natural teeth missing. Dentures mimic your natural teeth and gums with the replacement teeth fixed onto a gum-coloured base.

Your bespoke removable denture is expertly designed to ensure a really good fit over your gums, allowing you to chew your food with ease and comfort. Patients also find that, with the dentures inserted, there is more support in the facial area (in particular the cheeks and lips) which gives a more youthful and attractive appearance.
