The All-on-4® implant treatment was pioneered by Nobel Biocare in collaboration with top implant dentist Dr Paulo Malo. When you have the All-on-4 implant procedure done, you will receive a local anaesthetic to ensure minimal discomfort and pain during the treatment. You may also be offered sedation if you are particularly anxious about getting restorative dental work done.
Post treatment you may experience some tenderness and/or swelling around the gums, but most patients are pleasantly surprised by how quickly they adapt to their new teeth.
